•    distribution – where koalas are found within their geographic range
•    occupancy – the likelihood of koalas living in a certain area
•    abundance – the estimated number of individual koalas in an area.

Supporting koala conservation with better data

The Koala Data Hub is a new online resource developed under the NSW Koala Strategy to improve access to spatial data that supports koala conservation across New South Wales. It replaces the existing koala habitat information base (KHIB) and expands its scope with updated and new datasets.
